Jeremy Crutchfield is a manager in the Water Resources Department of the San Diego County Water Authority. Crutchfield is a licensed civil engineer with twenty years’ experience planning, designing and constructing water infrastructure projects; and currently oversees the facility and environmental planning functions at the Water Authority.
Prior to joining the Water Authority, Crutchfield was a consultant providing planning and design services on a variety of projects including treatment facilities, conveyance and storage facilities, large diameter pipeline installation, hydroelectric facilities and seawater desalination. Crutchfield earned his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Arizona and his masters in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. He lives in San Marcos with his wife and three daughters.
